To hire a space

The Atelier rents out space for auditions/free concerts, masterclasses, exhibitions, meetings, and for private and public events (concerts, films, etc.). The organisation of such events is a matter for the natural or legal person hiring the space. If you wish to hire a space, please fill in the form below.

NB: Only bookings made not later than 8 days in advance of the event will be considered. Changes can only be accepted if for good reason and should be notified as early as possible.

Please note: Booking requests are not processed at weekends, nor in the months of July and August..

Since April 2019 we no longer rent out space for classes or for practice.

The 1st floor lecture theatre has 100 seats; the front room has seating for 50; the 2nd floor studio has 74 chairs, not to be exceeded.

If piano tuning is desired (price: 117 €), it must be ordered in time to be performed and is at the expense of the event organiser.

The conference room on the first floor has a seating capacity of 100; the room facing the street has a seating capacity of 50; the studio on the second floor has 74 chairs and cannot exceed this capacity. If piano tuning is desired (price: 117 €), it must be ordered in time to be performed and is at the expense of the event organiser.

Payment

The money due should be transferred in advance to the Fondation account, stating the date and the nature of the event: IBAN BE52 0014 9915 5309 - BIC GEBABEBB NB: do not pay until the reservation has been approved!

Cancellation

Payment liability works as follows (save in the event of force majeure):

50 % of the booking fee remains payable if cancellation occurs between 6 and 4 weeks before the scheduled date
75% of the booking fee remains payable if cancellation occurs between 4 and 2 weeks before the scheduled date
The booking fee remains payable in full if cancellation occurs less than 2 weeks before the scheduled date
