ANTONIA TUDOSE was born on the 5th of June 2001  in Ploiești, România, graduating top of herclass   in   2020   from   “Carmen   Sylva”   Art   College.   She discovered  the mysteries of piano playing year after year under the guidance of renowned pianists and teachers such as Daniel Goiți   and Vlad Dimulescu.  In the  summer  of 2020   she   was   admitted   to   the  Royal   Conservatory   of Brussels,   at   the   class   of  ,reputed   pianist   and   professor, Aleksandr Madzar.

She has stood out from the very first years of studies, being a laureate of many national and international contests held in the country, by winning the 1st  prize or the 1 st prize of excellence, for several editions in a row: the “Marţian Negrea” competition, the “Paul Constantinescu” national performance and musical creation competition, the “Piano Artis” international competition in Iași, the ,,Margareta Sterian” national instrumental performance competition in Buzău, the ,,Ionel Perlea” competition in Slobozia, the ,,Brave  Keyboards” competition in Bucharest, the Piano Art competition in Ploiești. Confirmations of her value have   been   given   especially   by   the  Grand   Trophy  of   the   “Margareta   Sterian”   national instrumental   performance   competition,   Buzău,   edition   2014,   the  Trophy  of   the   ,,Ionel Perlea”   competition,   Slobozia,   edition   2014,   the  Grand   Prize  of   the   “Dan   Cumpătă” competition of Bucharest 2018, the Trophy for the category in the “Propiano” international competition of Bucharest 2019, but also the  Grand Prize  of the Piano Art competition of Ploiești 2014.  She also won the Big Prize, at 18-37 year old categoryo f the International Online Contest „Emil Rotundu”, in the summer of 2020. Every year she has obtained remarkable results (even the 1 st prize, with a score of 100 in   the   editions   of   2013-2014   and   2018-2019)  at   the   school   Olympics   of   Instrumental Performance,  national   stage,   both   during  primary school, middle school and in  her  high school years.  

 The year 2015 brought Antonia her first international prize won outside the country   borders,  that   is  the  1st prize  in   Concours  Musical  de   France,   in  the  Artistique Superieur category. During the next years she won the 2nd prize in the Mozart international competition   –  edition   2016,   Rome   –   Italy   and  the   3rd   prize   at   the   Piano   Talents international   competition  –  edition  2018,   Milan  –   Italy,   and   also  the  3rd prize  at  the international competition Franz Liszt-Budapest edition edition 2021. The most important step towards what  Antonia calls “her destiny”, her pianiscareer, was her debut in concert soloist activity; on the 5 th  of December 2013, during the season 2013-2014 of the Ploiești Philharmonic, Antonia gave her first concert, at the age of 12, performing  Concerto no. 8 KV 246 by W. A. Mozart,  under the baton of the famous conductor  Ovidiu Bălan.  She has continued by performing a piece for two pianos, i.e. the musical fantaisie for two pianos ,,The Carnival of the Animals”, together  with pianist Mircea Ițcuș and the orchestra of the Ploiești Philharmonic, under the baton of conductor Alexandru Mija, the event being included in the Days of Ploiești City 2015; then, Concerto no. 3 in D major by J.S. Bach at the  ,,Enescu si muzica lumii” (Enescu and the music of the world) Festival, together with the Junior Orchestra of “Tinerimea Română” Foundation, under the baton of the famous young conductor Gabriel Bebeșelea, the same concert being performed by the young pianist during a Christmas Extraordinary Concert, together with  Momentum Orchestra  led by conductor Vlad Mateescu. In the year 2016-2017, Antonia performed the work  Andante  Spianato   &  Grande  Polonaise  Brilliante  by   Fr.  Chopin,  together  with  the orchestra of the Ploiești Philharmonic, under the baton of maestro Ovidiu Bălan and with the orchestra   of   the   Râmnicu   Vâlcea   Philharmonic  at   the   Tinere   Talente   (Young   Talents) International   Festival,   under   the   baton   of   conductor  Daniel   Enășescu.  Then   followed Concerto no.1 op. 11 in E minor by Fr. Chopin, performed by the young pianist, both with the orchestra   of   the   Paul   Constantinescu   Philharmonic   of   Ploiești,   conductor   Panagiotis Diamantis (Greece), and with the orchestra of the Sibiu Philharmonic, conductor Alexandru Mija. This year Antonia perform the Concerto no.1for piano and orchestra by Franz Liszt with the orchestra of the Philarmonic of Ploiesti city, conductor maestro Ovidiu Balan.

 

Gabriele Casciano was born on August 16, 1 999, in Turin, Italy. In 201 8, he graduated from the « C. Cavour » Musical High School in his hometown. In March 2023, he completed his Second Level Academic Diploma (Master’s degree) with top marks, honors, and a special mention at the « G. Verdi » Conservatory in Turin, studying under Marina Scalafiotti.

He has performed as a soloist and in chamber music ensembles for organizations such as the Unione Musicale of Turin, Camerata Ducale of Vercelli, Chamber Music Association of Trieste, the Philharmonic Orchestra of Turin, and Telemasterclass at the Ducal Castle of Agliè. In 2024, he performed at the Musical Instrument Museum in Brussels. In 2021, he played as a soloist in Brescia with the Master Orchestra conducted by Sergio Baietta. He is currently collaborating with the CineSymphonyOrchestra in Turin.

Gabriele has won prizes in several regional, national, and international competitions in Italy, including first prize at the « MusicArte » competition in Ozegna and the « Musica in Langa » competition in Castiglione Falletto. He has received praise from renowned teachers and attended masterclasses with international musicians such as Aleksandar Madžar at the Saline Royale Academie in Arc-et-Senans (France), Michel Béroff, Marina Scalafiotti, Roberto

Plano, Nelson Delle Vigne at the International Certificate for Piano Artists in Vincennes (France) Piero Rattalino, Caroline Weichert, Henri Kramer, the Trio Debussy at the Pinerolo Music Accademy (Italy), Oliver Wille and Hans Adolfsen.

He is currently in his second year of a Master’s program in Musical Performance at the Koninklijk Conservatorium in Brussels, studying with Aleksandar Madžar. Alongside his studies, he has taught piano at Italian schools and now works at the Italian Cultural Institute « Italia per Passione » in Brussels.
